Exercises focused on lower back and hip strength
Elevate feet on a stool while sitting.
Heating pad on lower back, warm showers and baths
Exercise, stretching, yoga, walking, massage and acupuncture may help to relieve back pain.
Prenatal massages
Physical therapy- referrals can be discussed during routine OB visits
Medications:
Tylenol or Tylenol Extra Strength
AVOID: NSAIDS - Aspirin, Advil/Motrin, Ibuprofen, Aleve, Naproxen
