Sleep

  • Avoid screens after 8pm or within 2 hours of bedtime

  • Take a walk, warm bath, or stretch before bed.

  • Medications:

    • Benadryl, Unisom, Tylenol PM, Sominex as directed.

    • AVOID using these sleep aids for more than 2-3 consecutive nights.

    • AVOID Melatonin in pregnancy
